i don't believe -- software viewpoint, pci-e quit disguised (fast) pci.

as far know, reasonable way specialized hardware -- logic analyzer pci-e bus probe. i've used agilent analyzer futureplus probe, , can recommend combination couple reservations: first, it's not cheap. second, can bit of jump accustomed purely software.
